Doors gutted and sanded, plan on spraying them tomorrow, maybe get the roof done as well. Depends on when I get off work. However, it's going to be high 60s until Friday so my goal is to have it sprayed by Thursday since it rains friday

Por15 on the bottom of the doors as they tend to rust through eventually

Looking great! After you get it all done and its cured take some trans fluid and spray into the doors it will seep into the seams and help with stopping the rust!

Also make sure all of the trash is out of the inside of the doors and the drain holes are clear. Make sure the window felts are good to minimize the water that gets inside the doors.

When I was in there doing stuff I doused the bottoms with some Fluid Film.

Inner doors painted, tried to do header panel but ran out of paint. If I have time after work I'll paint the roof today, if not then tomorrow morning

Roof only got one even coat, could be a bit more uniform but I need to save the rest for the body. I can always order more if I end up needing more though.

Sneak peek... Going to let the paint dry for a day or two before I start putting things back together...

Rope trick worked great for getting under the seals.

Paint the grille black or glossy red?

Not sure if I'll black out the rockers in the future or not but for now they're red.

I have some overspray to take care of, I might order another 4 bottles for touch ups in the future. Overall I really like the outcome.

I would paint the grille, rockers, and fender flares (just the flare portion) black. Red and black contrast well.

Paint job looks good. I look forward to seeing it in person. I will have to take you up on the offer to help paint mine. That has turned out really nice.

Yeah I am kind of with bad_idea on this one. I like the red Jeeps when they have black bumpers, end caps, grill, and headlight bezels. When stock anyway.
