Default 1999 XJ Classic Mild Build/Weekend Warrior

Hey guys, fiqured I'd start a build thread on my newly aquired 1999 Cherokee Sport Classic with 150,xxx miles. I did some wheeling and dealing and ened up in the XJ for around $400 buck!!! When I bought the jeep the previous owner already installed both upper and lower ball joints, tie-rod ends, U-joints, wheel bearings, shocks(front and rear), CV-joints, head gasket, valve cover gasket and a hitch. I thought to my self I lucked out on this one! She even had a Pioneer CD player! Came across a Rubicon Express 5.5" lift on Craigs List for $300. It was in great shape just missing a few parts. Had to order the shocks, Track Bar drop bracket, swap bar quick disco's, U-bolts, and a pitman arm. I want to keep this just a weekend warrior kinda thing. Nothing to crazy but enough goodies to get me out of a hairy situation if I ever find myself in one. Which I proably will. My new Kumho KL71 32x11x.50x15 will be in monday. Didn't go will 33's because I didn't want to trim much on my fenders. I cant wait to get these little 235/75's off my rig. So since I've owned it in 3 short weeks I've installed....

Rubicon Express 5.5" Lift with full leaf springs
RC SYE kit
RC Control arm drop kit
RC Hydro 8000 shocks
XJ Front shaft in rear
15x8 Black Rock wheels/ Matte finish
Flowmaster muffler
Accel Tune-up kit
Ram intake
Jet stage 1 chip
JL (4) 5.25" door speakers
Some black tail lights
Matte black vinyl on hood

SPORTING:
NP231
Dana30/Chrysler 8.25

FUTURE MODS:

Roof Rack.( outta stock at the moment)
RC Winch Bumper/Stinger
8-9,000 lbs Winch
6 Hella 700 Lights
RC Sabilizer
Long Arm Upgrade
1-Ton steering or OTK Steering
Maybe an LSD (havent checked to see if I have a factory one)

Wanted to add even without an alignment yet she rides pretty good! No BW!!! Thanks for looking.

Thats a clean machine, smokin deals you got there. Like the wheels. The khumos will look nice, could have fit 33's pretty painlessly, I had 32's on 3" lift with no triming or rubbing. Keep the pics coming!

Thanks! I know 33's would of fit I just didn't want to trim much and be able to flex without rubbing.

Tire came in a little early. Just mounted them yesterday! I think it looks WAY better than the dinky 235/75's that were on her. Cant wait untill my roof rack and bumper/winch come in. Stay tuned......

those tires make all the difference. looks awesome, you need to tint your lower turn signals to match the outer ones though

Beautiful looking XJ! Only one problem I'd have, there's no scratches or dents....I might cringe taking that down a tight trail with some branches rubbing the sides. LOL

My new roof rack thats 40"x60"x6" and my new headlights came today. Putting the rack together now...post a picture in a few.

Still looking into a long arm upgrade already. Mainly for on-road. It rides and handles pretty darn good I think, but I've heard it much better with the upgrade. Also anyone recommend a company for 4.56 gears?
