1999 XJ build/ engine rebuild (help?)

Alright, well this is more of I need idea's and help thread of my build.

Long story short here. I bought this jeep about 2 years ago from a guy a couple hours away from me, and I was DD'ing it, while taking it out almost every single weekend wheeling. it has a 3.5" older Skyjacker lift on 33x12.50 Mickey Thompson Baja tires and 15" steel wheels. other than that it has rock slider and front bumper.
About a year ago, I traded the jeep for more of a daily vehicle to a guy, and recently I repo'd the jeep back because of a sh*tty situation and the guy kept slow playing and would never come pick up the title on the jeep among other things, so basically I went and got my jeep back.

Welllll... He blew it up a few months before apparently and sent a rod through the block and claims it happened at idle... well I have picked up a block from a guy locally that had hole in one piston for $50 and I am currently waiting on my machine shop to let me know the extent of the damage on the new/used block and I'm going to use it to rebuild the jeep again.

I'm going back stock and am kinda wanting to "budget" build it back to stock, minus a header and things like that..

I will include pictures of this passed weekend of the motor pull.

I'm going to try to re use the head thats on the original motor after sending it to a cylinder head shop and having it checked for cracks, resealed, with new valves, and springs.

Basically, what would you guys recommend. or websites you recommend helping me purchase parts to help rebuild the jeep. and upgrades that help with longevity of the motor, such as ARP headbolts, best headgasket, gasket/seals kit, but not looking to build the engine. Wanting to go back basically stock, minus a header, and full exhaust and a snorkle.

Is it possible to do dual electric fans?
How about a radiator that doesn't have the trans cooler on it, and putting an external trans cooler on it with a fan?

I am sorry if any of the photo's are sideways. I do not know how to rotate them on here...
