If I got muds I would need at's by next winter just because I have seen too many bad expirences with muds and snow. Place around here sells mt retreads for $105 a piece. (I have to get retreads because no matter what tire I get they will wear out in a year and I dont know why.

Anyway, soft 8's came in and I highly recommend summit racing, free shipping, $13 handling, ordered these on monday, came home from school and they were in my living room. $313 after shipping(Free) and handling($13) for 4 wheels center caps and lug nuts.

Went out today to have some fun, it was sunny out so hopefully spring will be here shortly
Found a spot for a flex pic, didnt want to mess with my front sway bar disconnects (park rangers were near by)

Took my friends out the other day, It was 50 degrees out and that was good compared to 20. Found a nice dirt mound but my friends wouldn't let me go any further. Also tried convincing my buddy with his civic to do this and he wouldnt

I also had some ideas, I was thinking about going 33x12.5 tires and just wanted to see everyones opinion on whether they would fit my jeep and what i might have to do to make sure they fit. I will be running 15x8 wheels with 4" back spacing.

I have a 3inch lift 33x12.50 baja claws... So they will most definitely fit.. But I would go with 3.75 backspacing so you don't have any rubbing issues.. but since you already got your wheels I guess you'll just have to see. Hopefully you won't have any rubbing issues. I've always bought 3.75 bs wheels.. But at 3.5 of lift I would be running 35s. I might do 35s when my claws wear out...

well a bit of an update i keep forgetting to post so this will all go in one.
I purchased 2 tires for $120 2 weeks ago and got my cragars installed. I only purchased two because they had two really nice ones and two that had little tread. But i decided to steal two of my dads tires because he has the same cragars i do but they are not as new. I was tired of waiting till i got tires to do anything else because a 1-day a week job in highschool does not earn you much money.
Anyway i also made a few other purchases, spark plugs, rear main seal, head gasket kit (rear main/head gasket are felpro), im waiting on bolts but i think im going to wait to do the head gasket stuff untill i get a exhaust manifold.

Also i noticed this, the rear passenger side head bolt is gone.... I asked my dad about it and he said yea that broke a while ago. I wanted to know what all this would be effecting and could this be where all my oil is going?

So its been a little while and i have had some family issues and ended school for this year and now im starting to get to where i can spend much money on the jeep again. For about 7 months my dads jeep was just sitting and not working and i had to get it working again so when i tear into my jeep we wont be 2 vehicles down, i got his working but i had to give his tires back that i had borrowed.

just so happens i found a deal on craigslist for some 33x12.5 r15 bfg all terrain ko's for a price i didnt want to lose. Today I went and got the tires and came home but noticed that the rims that were mounted had a lot of backspacing, i was gonna run these rims till my next check and then mount them on my cragars but there was so much backspacing that with these 33x12.5 didnt stick out past my stock flairs???? That fit for the back but i wouldnt be able to turn with these on the front so i had to go and mount them on the cragars but i knew 2 guys at the shop i went to and they only charged me $40 to unmount 6 tires, remount and balance 4 and install them..... seemed like a decent price. But we checked my clearance and i had to do some trimming on the fender, so i got home and put the jeep on stands and all that but i had two studs cross threaded while removing the passenger side and the shop had 1 cross threaded when they were switching tires. so i went and got some studs and put them in and after going through all this and trimming i finally have the 33's on and they are not rubbing but they are close so tomorrow im going to my friends place and have him help me do what is necessary for 33's, he is running like 39's now so he should have some advice.

**The picture next to the curb with two different wheels on back and front was before i took it to the shop, the picture on the dirt road was on 31's before i got 33's, the one at night was after i trimmed and fixed studs, and the picture on the lift was just a picture at the shop**
