Put some 2.25 coil spacers and picked up a set of yj leafs that I cut and made into a Aal because I'm not sure how long I'm gonna keep these leafs because they are old and I realistically need new ones. I got a deal for some 30" bfg ats of a friend on some wrangler wheels so I put those on until I could get new wheels and tires and wasn't sure what lift height I wanted to stick with and knew I was gonna change it up

These are some wheels from my old 1996 Cherokee that I got rid off but wanted to see what they would look like

I always have had problems with the stock track bar bushing and tie rod. End so I went with a very nice Clayton off-road track bar without the drop bracket and just drilled out both mounts for the heavy duty hardware it comes with was a breeze to install and adjust would recommend to anyone wanting a hd track bar

You can just see how much beefier it is than stock

Then I went to summit and wanted to get some wheels and tires didn't intend to by some but ended up with these

After this I still didn't have a rear bumper so I decided to go with the or fab comp cut bumper because I already had cut and folded the rear quarters and needed more tire room so I also ordered a set off Napier precision products flat flares got the bumper a little before I got the flares so I got it on

This is the look with the bumper really like it except I found out either my unibody mounts are a little tweaked and couldn't get it to line up with out a lot of work

Here is when I got the flares mounted up there is a lot of work to get them on and S/O to Napier precision products for making the cut and fold flares they are a good bit off work to put on but well worth it during the install on the flares one of my wheel studs got pushed out of the hole on the axles and I ended up having to pull the axle shaft to cut the wheel stud so I could finish the flares

Looks good man. Keep up the good work

I then ordered some 3.5 RE coils off amazon for around $100 and RC shackles for around $50 then found some zone shocks on amazon as well for $220 for all 4 I then am going to install them and the front went all good and then came the rear. This is my first time ever dealing with the shackle bolts on a Cherokee even though this isn't my first Cherokee but I start the driver side and the bolt is rusted in the bushing and I can't get it out so I just go to the passenger side and it comes right out so I search all over forums and try to find how to get it out I cut and cut a hole in the floor put a 25 inch breaker bar on the weld nut and broke it off then went to the dealership and got 2 new shackle bolts 1 for each side and they magically had them in stock for about $8 a piece but I needed them and got it all back together except still have the stock shocks in the back

This is what it looks like as off right now I still need to do the rear shocks and get a different front bumper and want to get new control arms something adjustable and as well as quick disconnect sway bars found a set some guy made on here that I wanna replicate the design I will post some photos of them when I decide to make them

Really nice looking Cherokee!

So I haven't posted an update in a while but got some stuff done to it such as brakes front and rear, oil change , and I hit 140k in it. Just breaking it in but I'm gonna get a steering box brace next and it might need some wheel bearings or a tire balance issue because I'm fighting a speed wobble issue not death wobble which is good

Update

So I put a whole new exhaust on the jeep finally put the new rear shocks I got on went with the rough country flag strips and they made it so much easier to put my shocks in due to the fact that all 4 upper shock bolts broke. Next thing I wanna do to this is get new leafs and the hd off-road no lift relocators. Then eventually wanna go with 33s definitely shoulda went with those from the start and probably going to get ride of the mud terrains for some a/ts due to the fact that this is a daily driver and doesn't see the woods to often
