Default 1996 zj 4" lift question

I just recently bought a 1996 zj 5.2l v8 and want to lift it. my other vehicle that I use to drive had 35" cooper stts on it. the tires are brand new and Id hate to see them go to waste. My question is if that I get the short arm rough country 4" suspension lift with the adjustable arms and I stack a 2" spacer in the front will I be able to fit the 35s I don't mind trimming as I am experienced in that field. Ive only seen it done on one other zj but the video was dark and I culdnt really see what it looked like or how bad he had to cut. I don't wheel often at all its is my DD and I swore off mud after my last vehicle that was my DD. don't have the money or time to fix the broken stuff since im still in school. just tryin to give it a good look.

I could sell or trade the 35s for some 33s but I love the cooper stts.

So a total of 6"s? I would imagine that would clear it. http://www.jeep4x4center.com/jeep-li...okee/index.htm
According to morris 4x4 a 4" should clear 35s.
Someone else should be able to give you a more for sure answer though.

Most likely. I dont know a lot about the grand cherokees but I'm sure it would. Just keep in mind all of the extra parts you will need to keep proper steering geometry and anything else that will be needed such as longer brake line ect.
