I'm about to post the original instructions on the Alpha thread. I don't see why the tie-ins would be any different to install on the Alpha kit than it is the OG kit.

Looking good, we are running similar setups.
I really want to do the WJ knuckles and brakes, im still running stock brakes now and they are pretty bad. Did you do the brake booster as well?

I did not upgrade the booster, from what I read there is no need to on the 95.
I still havent had a chance to see what the jeep will do yet. Hopefully soon I will get it out on the rocks.

Better post a lot of pics when you get it out. Im going on a small trip this weekend with a few buddies, some pretty decent trails. I'll be taking some photos.

I am starting this build thread 1 year late but I will take you through the phases up to the current stage.
First off, this is my second XJ build. I earned a lot from the first build many years ago and wanted this build to be much more budget friendly.
March 2016 I purchased a 1995 XJ with an RE 3.5 inch lift and 31 inch tires. Dana30 HP and D35 with 3.55 gears. Aw4 trans and 242 transfer case. Well taken care of with 183K miles.
Bought it like this.
Suspension works great with the sway bar discoed.
The first adventure took us here.

I just have to laugh because of your typo "earned" instead of "learned" since, for most of us, it's our earnings that we are dumping into these builds!

Took it out today to test the front bump stops to see if they are tall enough to keep the tires from rubbing the wheel wells. Turns out 3 hockey pucks arent enough. The tire just stuffed in there pretty snug like to the point it I could not steer left or right. I know I could just add another hockey puck but as it is now there is about 4 inches of space between the hockey puck and the upper rubber stop. Seems like it should have that much up travel so that it doesnt bottom out easily on rough dirt roads. Looking for some thoughts on this.
Pics of the stuff.
The magic floating rear tire.

Finally got to test out the jeep. It performs beautifully but I still need to add another hockey puck up front to keep tires from rubbing so hard in the fender wells. This is a trail I have run the jeep through many times but when it was on 32's and avoided the bigger obstacles till now.

Very nice! How do you like the new X3s? I really wanted to pick those up in 35s but ended up buying some BFG KM2s on sale instead.

The General Grabber X3's are great so far. A little noisy on the highway but traction is great and they drive nice. The price point of $180 a piece was the absolute selling point. No regrets so far.
