Haynes talks nothing about it.. What is it for? I did follow the lines and it leads to the throttle.

The vacuum system in your Jeep controls a wide variety of things including your 4x4 and several engine/ emissions systems.

Thanks for the help!
my 4x4 is a non-vacuum, but the emissions sounds right. I think I may unbolt it tomorrow.. See if theres any changes in the vehicles performance

Im also thinking about saving up the money for a 4 link in the rear and redoing the front during the winter.

And 4 link is a "Full Floater" axle. Meaning it will be like the front axle.

As soon as I fix the front axle and add lockers, I'm upgrading suspension components

Yeah its along the same lines haha. But what linking your axle does, it creates a no friction, non-limited flex articulation. Putting whatever suspension setup on your Jeep will increase that suspension setup to its maximum potential.

Axle is back together. Just have to get some gear oil and a diff cover gasket. Next is onto the rear axle and transfercase. Maintenance sucks, lol.
I love being bored.. Carb and Choke cleaner with a BIC lighter equals endless hours of fun..
Still on the lookout for lockers. Aussie from Pirate4x4 seems like a good deal.
