It's been forever since I've posted on this build. That's because it's been forever since I've done anything with this Jeep. As it's currently configured I can't pass emissions, and other things have come up, so my poor XJ has sat for over a year.

I did get some chrome wheels for it, and they look pretty sharp I think.

Good choice on the motor swap the 5.3 is a great motor. I will be swapping my motor soon but will be doing a tbi 350. I plan on using a nv4500 tho so thanks for the master cylinder info. How much of the trans tunnel did you have to modify to fit?

Thanks. I still haven't found a clutch master that works right. I should have just used the Chevy master, then I could have used the Chevy clutch line unmodified.

My tunnel mods were just to clear the Dana 300, and would not have been needed if I used either the Chevy tail housing or a NP231. I just had to extend the TC clearance bump forward about 6".
