Default Where in Maryland or the DMV can 2x4 Jeep go off roading?

I have a jeep grand 2x4, and I just want to cruise off the roads. I don't want to climb or go through anything rough. Mainly driving around on grasslands, small muddy places, anything that a 2x4 can handle.
