I would like to know if there is a web site that I can check to see what trails are open in the GWNF. I have checked several and I haven't found what I am looking for.
We took a ride Sunday to Bald Rock Montain in Stuarts Draft only to find out that it was closed. So that shot my rainy Sunday ride down and I got on my phone to see what was open and came up empty handed. I bought a map a few years ago from the game commision and for some reason I can't find it now, which really ticks me off because it was a nice water proof map that my CRS butt has misplaced!

shoe creek/crabtree falls, peters mill/taskers gap are open for sure. Big levels and some of the other closed trails are opening at the beginning of april. I'm trying to get something together for this coming weekend (Mar31-Apr1) if you want to go.

I know that Saturday is out for me but, Sunday may work out if my daughter doesn't have a softball game or practice. That is why Saturday is out, they are having a car wash to raise money for the team.. Thanks for the offer and keep me posted, I appreciate it..
But I'd be okay with Shoe Creek.
