I live in Sylva/Cullowhee and will say there are no legal wheeling places in the area. Closest public place I know of IN North Carolina is URE.

I lived in Montreat for a while.

I love the area! Don't really know much in the way of off roading, but I do know of some cool camping and rock climbing spots.

You could always just explore on the blue rp...though i'm sure you're tired of that by now.

I went to western and lived in Bryson city for a while and I know a few good spots! I now live in Asheville and have found a few good spot up here as well. Lets get up for a weekend run either in Asheville or in Sylva! We have Cane creek, Moses creek, rough butt, and caney fork but I heard caney fork may be closed but I will have to see for my self it has only been a year since I went up there. I was just up cane creek and there is some extreme stuff up there!

I used to live up number 9 for a 10 years. Got to love the old toll road in ridgecrest. There are some nice trails off of it to go 4wheeling on.

I am a current student at WCU and me and some friends have Jeeps up here that are looking for some trails to wheel on...either to just wheel or ride on or just do some fishing or camping.

If anyone knows of anywhere..let me know.

Thanks
