What would cause a jeep to pop a 30a fuse to the emergency Shutt off every time its put into reverse?

 

Went up to GWNF and ran Flagpole on Saturday, had a pretty good time, perfect weather for it.

 

Odd.. reverse light circuit short?

 

Does anyone have a welder i could use to make a bumper?

I wish my cherokee was running! Getting tired of seeing it sitting in the garage with the doors off, front seats out and the dash tore apart! Electrical gremlins need to go away!!!

I have a bid on an 01 on Ebay but, I have a feeling that I will be outbid so I will be back on mine if that falls through!

Hit the switch and the factory electric fan cuts on but, no spark and no fuel pump.. I have changed the PCM, TCM, airbag module, junction box on passenger side and the dash cluster. None of those parts have helped the issue at all. CCKen has helped me with what wires to check and so on and from what I checking, all of the wiring checks out fine.

I talked to a Mopar mechanic over in Moorefield WVa. and he does work on the side and he told me that if I couldn't get the issue relsoved, he would look at it for me.

It is quite irritating to go from a running jeep to parking it in the garage and then it doesn't run 4 days later..
