found a trail off of hgwy,440, and exit 89.towards sandford. its a power line road, it runs parallel to 440.didnt get to drive on it , i was in my work van. i am always looking for some where to go,as i drive. if you are leaving raleigh towards sandford you take exit 89 , cross over bridge . as soon as you cross look to the rite , there is a kinda steep path to get in.its in good shape though. if you want to go left you need to take first paved road to the left, follow it about 1.5 miles ,it makes sharp curve to left,then go about .75 of a mile and its on the left.

Riding power lines are illegal... No one in the 4wd community should condone it. We have a hard enough time saving face as it is.

Please stay off the power lines.
