Storage/work space for my xj rebuild N. VA

I'm located in northern VA, currently living in Ashburn, and looking to see if anyone has some space I could work out of while I rebuild or part out my XJ. Don't have enough space where I work, and currently crashing at the inlaws house, which has no room either. Talk about bad timing. If you, or someone you know would be open to this, I can pay for the space, and would greatly appreciate it.

I'm not parting it out. Repairing the front end, adding armor and reinforcement.
