March 19th may be free for VA4WDA members. If it's open for others to join I'd be all over it.

Starr Motors' Off Road day is May14th this year.
Show fee: $15
Trail fee: $25
Both: $30

it's an hour away from me, but for all day, that's not too bad of a drive.

ok here is the reply i got from sandy about the cost for this trip.

"The cost is that you must stay for the VA4WDA Annual meeting that follows the few hours of wheeling. You need to get the completed form to me by March 17 to attend.
Hope to see you there!!!"

hope you all can make it. im going to do my bestest to get a rear driveline for the jeep buy then because i know i wont have the toyota ready well more than likely wont. but either way im going riding or driving.

i have a SYE and need a longer front. i guess since i have a manual tranny you cant just use a front from an auto. i need one that is 34 .25" long.

gots some good news, well for me now i gotta clear it with the wife. but gregorys out in va beach will extend my shaft for around a buck fidy. better than the place down the road from me wanting to build a complete new one for 300 bones. so with some luck i might have a good drive line before the meeting.

now i gotta decide if i wanna through in the welded rear in my 8.25? thoughts? i mean its not my DD and i have the 29 spline plus im only running 31s until i get some 33s.

$150 ain't bad at all. I'd definitely talk the mrs. into that.

I wouldn't worry about the welded rear until you get eh 33's, Matt. Personally, I'd just save all the work for a one time go at it.

the problem is having 3 projects with 3 different vehicles and only 1 income. dope. the math just sucks lol. yeah im going to not put the welded carrier in it and wait for a lunch box locker for the front instead. but most importantly is being able to just drive the darn thing before i do other stuff to it.
