I know at Fort Fisher the State of NC sales a pass but does anyone know if NC sales a yearly pass for all NC State off road areas?

 

I assume you're referring to only driving on the beach, right?

Yes, You can buy a 1 year pass at Fort Fischer and Freeman Park in Carolina Beach.

Other than that, there's not any public off-road parks in the immediate area of the NC coast.

 

Thanks but I was wondering about anywhere in NC from the east to the west.

^ This. The Beach and Uwharrie is about all that NC has to offer.

A short drive to Kentucky, Tennessee and South Carolina offers some more parks.
