Default Looking for a Trustworthy Shop to help troubleshoot

Hi All,

I am new to the forum and joined to ask for some advice pertaining to my 2000 Cherokee 2WD with 142,000 miles on it. I recently had the CEL illuminate and it threw the code P0715 - Input Speed Sensor.
I'm hoping that someone can recommend a trustworthy shop somewhat local to the Alexandria, VA area since I just moved here. I am not a mechanic and have minimal tools, no meters, and basically no troubleshooting experience.

Before I moved I had a local shop do some basic diagnostics and they switched the Input and Output sensor to see if it affected the code and it did not.
The car still drives and shifts properly, no unusual operation of the transmission so far.

Research has shown that the TCM is no longer available from the dealer: only Ebay or a refurbished one. I don't know if a ReMan TCM will need to be programmed or flashed for my Cherokee.
I'm not sure that I need a TCM or if I have a harness problem so I would appreciate it a lot if someone can recommend a shop with Jeep knowledge that they trust.
Thanks!
