Hey all Im new to the forums and to Jeeps. I live in Charlotte and just bought an 88 xj that i recently found needs a fuel pump and possibly a new tank. Any suggestions? Would love to talk shop with some locals and get as many tips as I can from those in the "know". Thanks!

Richard here from Somersworth N.H. 98 GC Limited 5.2 All stock except the nice sounding Flowmaster and the CAI ... Nothing like the purrrr and power of a V8! $ 1200.00 bucks and 205,000 miles. Did I mention the all four new rotors, new front half shafts, 4 new speakers.... Still trying to get a picture up...

Looking to get 2-3 inches of lift, I am thinking of doing the cheap coil spacers. I've heard you can do the 2" with out changing the stock shock but must change them if you do the 3" ?? Anyway if anybody has a lift that's recomended please let me know!

Like OverEasy, I'm Jeremy and I have a '00 XJ...100% stock. It's my DD and I'm not looking to get uber crazy with it; maybe a small (read 3" max) lift, tow hooks, rear hitch, and leave it at that.

Welcome to CF, guys! Jeremy (both of you),I know it's quite a ways down the road, but every May I do a weekend up at Crabtree and anybody's welcome to come. I just camp on Shoe Creek trail and have a good time wheeling. Just throwing it out there for you guys. I'm planning for May 19-21 this coming year.

Sounds pretty cool! Thanks for the invite! I (and others locally) run Shoe Creek pretty regularly. Its only about 30 - 45 mins away. We usually camp out quite a bit there but that kinda slows down due to the weather.

Great trail! If your stock it can be tons - O - fun! If your more of the build to heavy mods you can still have a good day/ trip! I drive my stock XJ through it mostly now being the Samurai is still under a build.

I think some local friends and I are actually trying to plan a run up there Sun. the 19. Always a good time man!

I've got plenty of pics of the trail and area but I just redid my laptop with Windows 7 Gamers Addition and cant seem to find where my pics went. LOL! Feel free to pm me and I can send you some links to check out some pics!
