4.0 needed, HO or RENIX, Roanoke VA
Guys, my son's MJ is in bad need of a 4.0! I can use a 87-99 long block so if you know of one that is cheap or free let me know! I'm willing to travel!
I would like to hear it run if at all possible and I will pull the engine myself as long as I have a solid surface to work on.
Help save an old MJ and help a broke a$$ college kid in the process!

There are plenty of 4.0's here in the junkyard close to me I think the price is around $200. I was there last weekend and there was plenty to chose from.

I wonder if I can hear them run though. These things are hit and miss when they get mileage on them. I'm going to call my local pick and pull and see if they have a good one on the lot
