will be in NY early November. where can i go wheeling within an hours' drive from NYC. is there anything on LI?? nothing too extreme, just looking for some easy-intermediate trails. have a stock WJ 4x4.

thats not within an hour from nyc... there r no trails that i know of. the only place we ever went when i lived on long island was the beach. but even then u needed permits and crap. wasnt that much fun either. unless u surf or fish.

 

i guess what ever is the closest to LI. just something to do while i'm there.

 

there is zilch. nada. nothing.

few illegal spots but theyre not even worth the trip, and theyre almost 2 hours from the city.
