Default SIS offroad?

Just joined their forum. Been looking for a local group for a while.

Anybody here a member of the actual club? Good group of people?

Okay, so I did a little bit of reading on the NAXJA site. Looks cool.

One question for you guys who are members. What exactly does that $35 a year go to besides the cool sticker and membership card? Does that allow you to actually go to events and such?

it is WELL worth it if you attend the events. oftentimes they are paid for (we will surprise you) and nac-fest.

raffles and giveaways and **** like that

you get discounts on all sponsors products, discounts on events (NAC-fest is like 10 bucks cheaper if your a member) and some events are open for members only. also being a paying member you get access to members forums, you can have an avatar, and you can have a signature.

it also goes to things to help run the site, and for land issues mostly out west.

and all that **** sam said

You had me at product discounts... j/k

Sounds like a pretty decent organization. I'm seriously considering joining now. If you think about it, $35 is pretty cheap for a yearly club membership. The fishing organization I belong to is about the same and it doesn't sound like we have nearly as many membership perks as NAXJA does.

Thanks guys

NAXJA over SIS.
I met SIS last summer and used their forum and I was not very impressed with how they handle new people.

But if you wanna join them then thats your call.

March is a good time to sign up for a membership on NAXJA, its the march membership drive and you could win a prize in the raffle http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1056547

After lurking the forum for awhile I decided today to submit Membership fee's and even thru in the extra for supporter.
I think it's worth it and I have a feeling this is going to be a good summer this year

I'll see you there man. Got a bunch to do on the jeep before hand, but I should be able to get it done by then. I'll be the master of the green trails with my baby lift and 30's lol
