It was a
and a half to do. Saw the guy who cut me off at McDonald's parked next to the dumpster, I decided to park "close" to him so he couldn't get in. Guy walked out, saw me parked next to him, did a double take looking back at the dining area, and proceeded to walk swiftly to the local Wal-Mart. I'm guessing the empty gun rack and loose rounds rattling around the center console really does work
any advice on what thickness diamond plate to use? I'm heading to a few shops to get some prices later.

Looking forward too this.....I was hoping to get a run in before this one, but it looks like this may be my first run since Nov 09. I've swapped front my d30 with a new one from a 99 and put a SOLID cover on it. Swapped my d35 for a 8.25 from a 99. Also looking to get some 32's or 33's but having a hard time finding some decent rubber that suits my budget. All that along with some other small stuff. Can't wait till some warmer weather, hopefully early April will be somewhat nice for wheeling.
BTW- If anyone is coming from the east and heading west on 78 and is unsure on how to find the park I would be happy to lead a caravan.

I am in the process of searching for a 2001 cherokee. My plans are to do a 3" rough country lift and 31" BFG all terrains. Hopefully I will have all of this by summer time. It will be my first jeep, so my question is: if and when i go to rausch creek, what suggestions do you have about which trails i would be able to do? Im a first-timer, so any help, ideas, or additional equipment suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully ill be able to join you all out there soon! Thanks

Start off on greens....then try some blues. 3 inches and 31's you can do some if not all blues. But my best suggestion would be to either come out with us, or find another group with some people that have experience with the park. If your really new to wheeling they are always offering green runs for newbies....check out there site lots of good info.
screw highways..... why can't there be reasonable amounts of backroads to get there? I hate goin over 50 with my tires and I don't have a trailer.... damn it
if that wasn't an issue I would love to go.
