You guys might as well buy a bumper from l&l Fab. $275 shipped for a frame tie in winch bumper... can't beat it. I added a stinger to mine, but its the same bumper.

I want to build/buy a front bumper that drops a winch down below the radiator, between the bumper mounts. (Not sure if I'm explaining that right)
But then the bumper mounts over the winch cradle/frame tie-ins.

He does smooth the welds. The only ones he doesn't smooth and the inside corners of the recessed winch section.

Saw a pretty sweet Green XJ on Friday going up Route 1 near RT13 Exit heading to Jersey ... It was green, had a roof basket, 4.5"-6" Lift and MT's ... all and all a nice rig.
