Then buy them from the clown

You don't even have shocks. Why bother?

I don't have shock mounts. That's what the towers were for

are the people in your chapter/club that stupid, that you have to ask us PA guys? Haha. With proper plating on the unirail where you're going to weld the towers, there would be no need for a cross brace. If it were coil overs or air shocks, I would say you would need one.... But there really isn't enough force (unless you bottom out or over extend the shock) to cause any issues. If it would make you feel better, you could always brace them to the wheel well pretty easily.

I just noticed the post with the shock towers he had made, and it drew my attention. There isn't any activity from the South Carolina thread on here and most of the guys in my club at school don't care about their jeeps staying daily status and just cut holes and put tube wherever they want.

This beach bum is still around. Just been working more than bumming. And I did the WJ swap, not just the knuckles and steering but the whole rig..
