Ok.. the story behind my sig. I got the idea from a script "trail driven"window decal I saw on the back of a Liberty Renegade when I was on the highway. I thought it was ironic as the thing was IMMACULATE with perfect paint, 20 plus inch chrome rims with low profile tires, and it was lower to the ground than most ricers. And I didn't buy the KJ. Looooooooooooooooong story short is the 96 XJ was my moms, I tried to buy it from her after rolling my first car (04 cavalier 5-speed) but the finance company lost the bill of sale when we paid it off well over 10 years ago. Well with all the work I put into it she decides to trade it in for the Cash for Clunkers program, and get a automatic chevy cobalt. Well, I was eherm... more than a little mad to say the least. I refused to drive the thing, demanded my XJ back, or at least a manual trans vehicle, but she pulled the "your 18 get out" card, so I decided to take the keys to her 07 liberty instead. It's been my vehicle ever since, and we still aren't on speaking terms beyond hi, bye, or I'm going to work. Believe me, I'm not a huge fan of the thing, but the sig is directed towards a single liberty, not the general vehicle. I'm working on getting another XJ, fear not.

Fair is fair ... she murdered his XJ. Poor substitute, but better than nothing .
That's all I heard, and the only thing that counts .
We forgive you!

Yeah. I told her I wanted a set of keys to the Liberty or drop my part of the insurance and I'll walk. I know it's a poor substitute, but at least it's a Jeep, not the best by any standards, but a Jeep none the less.

Thought I had an account here, but I guess not... just registered a few hours ago.
Jerry "whatevah" from Delaware. I've got an '01 XJ with approx. 6.5" lift, currently on 35" Trxus MTs. Used to work at a well-known Jeep parts company so I pieced my lift together from what I considered to the best components for what I needed... RE coils/springs, TNT Y-link, Bilstein 5150 shocks, JKS trackbar, Tom Woods shaft, SYE, Powerslot/Hawk brakes, custom bumper/rockrail, Superwinch EPI 9, various lights, etc.
on 32" Bighorns in this pic, great tires!

Hello. My name is Bob. I'm on my 5th Cherokee so far. I've only lifted one 3 inches, and had some issues with it. Went budget with shackles and blocks. Love these Jeeps though.

Have a black 99 (that's for sale actually)
and a red 98 with 172k. Still running strong.
