Newbie saying hi
Just thought I would stop in to say hello. Im in Ashford, CT.
Just inherited a 2000 Cherokee Sport from an uncle who no longer wanted it. Its been sitting for a couple years...so there is plenty of things wrong with it, but overall its salvageable.
Ive replaced the front pads, calipers, and rotors. Replaced a few bad brake lines. Basic tune up. New starter and alternator. New shocks.
I found that I need to adjust/replace the neutral safety switch, and it looks like I need to replace the crank sensor too as I just had a period of cranking with no start. There is a laundry list of repairs, but they should all be done before winter.
I dont plan on making this a trail beast, just a fun kayak hauler/tow rig.
Hope to meet some of you in the future. --Adam

She works off Wolf Den Road for the USDA.
I mentioned your jeep, and it appears we have both seen it around.
Nice build thread. Looks like you've been into it all. Glad to see there is someone close by that I can look for advice.
