NY is spending a ton of money on a white water park in lower adks... i dont think an off road park would be out of the question, i mean they love taking our money any way possible...
heres the link to the water park

apparently, its in orange county... "Roc Trails"

i doubt there'll be a possibility of an off-road park in that project... its for kayakers... an ORV park is a whole other beast to get approved & maintained... environment protection rules & regulations, preservation laws to abide by, etc. etc...

Any word on this? How many signatures are necessary to make someone take notice?

I have had a ton of stuff happen in life and had to put it on the back burner for a while, I do continue to work on it and refine my info, just have to get some more research done and find "local" examples to use.

you are referring to an entirely different project/ proposal... This is in reference to my negotiations with RPI College. They have some land I am trying to get legal access to. I am using this as a stepping stone to build up to the ORV Park.

I think there is a min of like 10,000, but I have heard that petitions are like a lie detector test, obsolete, but still have their place. At a min, I can use the numbers to base my projected forecasts off of and show there is a huge interest in some thing like this.
