New England
Looking to get feedback about which tires NE peeps have had success with. I am relocating to Vermont from the giant sandbar (Fla). I am familiar with the terrain from numerous dual sport trips and thrashing in the woods.
Just want to see what you guys have had success with up their. Thanks! |
I have - and love - General Grabber AT2 tires......previously had Firestone Destinations but these - I think - are better

There's a big variety of terrain around here. Rocks, mud, snow, and sand if you look for it.
BFG all terrains have always treated me well. |
Honestly it comes down to what you do with your cherokee. I run 255/85r16 maxxis bighorns.
But I'm 90% road/dirt road 10% woods trails. If i spent my time closer to 50/50 I would go with super swampers New England is extreamily hard on tires and rigs. I've riped through BFGs, toyo's, and some no name brands Super swamper LTBs work fantastic , Q78s are a good choice, SSR, The biggest problem is if you road drive it the ice in the winter can be a *****. |
