Well I think my xj is done. Started knocking while driving to work tonight.

slackers, son took the 96 up to Green Ridge last weekend,camping and running around, had to "drive" around some knucklehead that got stuck on Twigg Rd, but nobody had any recovery gear, so he called the ranger station for the guy, that 96 is one tuff *****

A few weeks ago I bought a replacement XJ. Dukies already seen it as I bought it only a few minutes up the road from his place.
Its a 2001 Sport with 230k miles on it but a great maintenance history.
