LEGAL places to Ride where there is NO COST?
Does ANYONE from NE PA Berks area know of any places to Ride
that are LEGAL to Ride that does not COST anything?

Get some friends with a lot of property and ask to go wheelin. That's all I can offer.
Edit: Join a local club, that might be a better suggestion. They always have private land that's used for wheelin weekly/monthly. Not to mention it's probably free to join if not a very low membership cost.

i know a lot of places around scranton, some not legal, but the cops dont give a damn, ive been back there with 10+ jeeps no prolbem

yup, most of the trails i use are just north of toronto, so about 5 hours north of niagara falls border. about 3-4 hours north of me.
but i have been on some between sault st.marie and sudbury. but they are literally everywhere, once you get north of the big cities.
