all you new yorkers need to check out http://outlawedoffroad.com/ its a free local forum and we try to meet up as much as possible. we discuss 4x4 tech, have write up sections, 4x4 of the month contest, general discussion and so much more. all of new york is welcome and all types of 4x4s its not only excluded to jeeps! so some sign up and have a good time!

Actually, no. The YJ and TJ had more in common mechanically with the Cherokee than it did with any of the CJ series. The idea for the Wrangler was taken from the classic CJ designs, but had very little actually in common with it.

im not mad all im saying is i just selected the wrong one by mistake .I was in a rush and at work doing a dubbel shift.I know what i got and what ive done to it.
you dont have to put me or my club down.

but its cool no hard.

hope to meet up on the trail one day and after.

Are you kidding me!!! the yj is alomost direct copy of the cj and you can take the yj body and bolt it right on a cj frame. they only changed the head lights from round to square and the dash, tailgate and added a more family style rollbar. you can take out the motor from the yj and bolt it right in a cj.. trust me because i have done it!!!!
