i'm in georgetown, i'm on the SDJC FB page, and the eastern shore jeep page, cant seem to get "in" with either group... being a disabled veteran makes the people who understand your sense of humor a small group, both groups mean well, but i can't understand why they try and do so much stuff for other organization outside of the county, and do nothing for their own?... i was always taught that you have to take care of your own before you help others.. guess my ideas and concerns lie in a different direction

I'm part of both groups. I actually work in Georgetown. Can you elaborate on what you mean about the groups? I have yet to see any donations or fundraisers being made by either to support other countries. Most recent event they did was Jeeps For Joy that supports the Ronald Mcdonald foundation for US children in need.
Sdjc is mainly jk's with spacers,at tires, stickers and a payment booklet. That's what they like to do in there club don't like it don't join. They do however have a few that wheel there **** up a roush creek trips a few times a year.
