Default 1st cherokee build would like help

I just picked up my first jeep Cherokee its a 92. looking to budget build this bad boy. roughtly 4.5 inches of lift on 33" tires. I'm going to relocate my altenator where my ac is. going to custom make a winch bumper. really looking for someone that's familiar with lifting the Cherokee's, and can guide me in the drictoin im aiming for. want to wheel it/ flex. im located in sj like 30 mins from atco 15mins from philly.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Not sure why you haven't gotten at least some sort of reply in 5 days. Maybe you can post a bit more in some of the busier areas and threads. I'm sure there are other guys in your area

You could get the 4.5 inch long arm kit from rough country. long arms are always good for more articulation. Or if you don't want to spend that much money you could just pick up some old zj front springs (they're a bit taller than the xj springs) and either get some JKS ACOS or just some pretty tall spacers and then do a bastard pack in the back with some longer shackles. Also you could always fab up your own long arm kit if your crafty... ive seen people do that before

what are your plans for it? there are plenty of options: a long arm kit will do better for the on-road drive/handling. it'll cost more. or a short arm lift to run bigger tires. then's there's a smaller lift and trimming to fit bigger tires. it'll give you a lower COG for better road manners.

tons of options, just depends on what you want to do with it.

we need more info to tell you how we'd spend your money!
