Wheeling places near TN

I'm in the process of building an overland type xj and was wondering where some wheeling places are in or near TN that I'd be able trail ride and camp for a couple days

I'm 30 minutes south of Nashville, I actually used to ride dirt bikes at LBL a lot when I was a kid though, it's been a while since I've been out there though and didn't know how much trails they had

Goes from Corinth, Mississippi to Fayetteville, Tennessee and back again. 2 days and 200 miles each day. Haven't done it myself, but want to.
