Hello guys.

Me and 3 other friends from Norway are heading over to the great US of A this summer for a little roadtrip from Minnesota, to New York, down to Florida and the keys, and back up to Minnesota.

Was wondering if anyone here could point me in the direction of stuff to see, off road parks to visit and maybe meet some fellow Jeepers. Landing 6. July, and leaving home again 4. August.

Greetings from Norwegian Jeepers^^

Greetings, I spent a few months at Evenes air station a few years ago. You have a beautiful country. I can tell you some great spots in the Keys if you are into diving, fishing, or kayaking.

Swing through gatlinburg TN, cool scenery, nice people.
Id say check out Chattanooga Tennessee also (downtown primarily)..lots of cool local shops, cool town.

If you need any help with the chattanooga area drop me a PM, I am right on the GA/TN border, about 10 minutes from chattanooga.

You'll be going through Atlanta to get to FL.

Stop by Stone Mountain, it's pretty cool and you can read about the war of northern aggression.

There is also the Atlanta Aquarium, Coke World, and the Major League Baseball team, the Braves.

Going to south GA look at the cotton farm land, peanuts, and make friends with the humidity and bugs.

I'm on the west side of ATL (about 50 miles) if you have any questions.

Stop by DC on the way south from NY too.

Thanks for the tips. Leaving in 17 hours, looking forward to it. I'll make sure to stop by some of the places you mentioned, and I'll let you know when we are getting close, and maybe someone would like to pop up and say hi :P
