I ran straight 2.5" straight piped for a while. It wasn't too bad, but my wife started DD'in my jeep for a while and I didn't want the noise to drive her nuts.

And as for as sound dont bother me. Its not worse then a humvee but it dont sound like a damn rice burner either. But the people that live by us are mostly rich people. They look me in my jeep as if im a peasent lol. So its my own little humor if i **** them off not even doing anything sitting at a stop light.

Lol. I know that feeling well. My MJ drives and feels like a HMMWV and is an AMC (AM General). I still love it.

How far are you from Boca Raton? Glades Rd and I-95.

We have a get together at the Tilted Kilt in Boca the third Thursday of every month. I'm not able to make it tomorrow but next month, I'll buy you a drink or two. VitaminLee and a couple others of the local crews come up as well. It's not a club, just a social get together and 10-15% off of your food/drink bill as well.

Yeah buddy

Just make sure if you get 'er buried in the mud that you shut the motor off. XJer in Orlando lost his girlfriend and baby when he buried his jeep in the mud. Had a turndown underneath the jeep instead of exiting out the bad. CO built up inside the Jeep and even with the windows down, killed both of 'em inside it. Poor bastard.
