We all know you can climb waterfalls with 50" tires, Rockwells and miles of tubing everywhere with trail rigs, but what about the unsung hero daily drivers that aren't scared to go places without a trailer?

I've always been a fan of driving what you race/have fun with(although at one time I did have a truck/trailer, it was more of a luxury than necessity).

A conversation Saturday we had about this subject just reaffirmed I was with the "right" group. Don't get me wrong, i'd love to have some monster to take offroad, but logical I have no place to put it and it would just frustrate me having a bunch of money sit and do nothing the majority of its life(much like a boat).

I understand there is always some gray area when some think of daily drivers, so lets just try to be sensible and logical about this. Surely nobody drives their doorless backhalf chopped XJ everyday....at least I hope not.

SGT, i think yours is one of the best looking ACTUALLY TRAILED XJ's i've seen. All the mods are done like you can tell someone gave a damn about the form/function.

Damn, figured more people would be contributing to this....especially the SouthEast people. Oh well.....lets go read how much a D35 will take before it breaks or read 101 reasons why my XJ is overheating.

My daily driver is a F150 and my XJ isn't tagged so it's a no driver.

What my DD looked like when I got it.

What it looks like now. I still drive it 50 miles a day to work.
