just found a pretty good little off road spot behinid lowes in crestview. it is small but some good hills to climb and flex out. didnt have the camera on me to take any good pics. will next time. its also got a mud pit that is just like quick sand. not good. i wont try it till i get some good recovery points

Im going to check out that place behind Lowes tomorrow (saturday) since im going to be up that way anyways for the UFC fight at Hooters. Ive been hearing about that spot from a bunch of different people... mostly those who ride quads... i might take my quad up there sometime also, but i want to go wheelin' first.

I just need to find out how to get out there.

Thats funny, i actually saw your write up under cherokee chat first and thought that hole looks mighty familiar. and i be damned if it aint. looking back a couple years i actually pulled a couple people out of that hole. it was at night and i lived in shalimar and didnt know to much about crestview so i didnt recognize it when i went up there recently. another funny thing is i was there sunday just put putting around and noticed someone went threw that hole. i wish i would have read that post saying that you were coming up here on saturday and i could have met yall there.

if you keep going further down the main road instead of turning right into the gravel pit. there is some serious washed out road that you would most likely need lockers for. but if you are willing to try it. let me know before you go. there are ways to get around them but eventually i think it becomes impassable. you will end up with a lot of florida pin strips if you go around. that road goes for a ways though. like i said just let me know if you can and if i am not busy i will head up that way. if you go i can't make it. take and post some pics up
