I live in Lake City, just an hour west of you. I like Osceola NF but don't mess with mud anymore than I have to because usually the only 4wd but there is plenty of it there and a lot of OHV trails through the woods.

Me and the wife will be camping there at one of the hunt camps this coming weekend, hoping my new tires will be in to play around some and try not to get too stuck.

What kind of tires did you get? I need new ones here in about 6000 miles and was wondering what to get.

I'm from Keystone Heights which is about an hour and a half-ish away from Jacksonville. I don't know of anywhere good to wheel that's real close. Ocala Nat forest is about the closest really nice place to wheel that I know of. But I'd love to meet some local Cherokees

I got General Grabbers ATII in 31/10.5 just got them on today, put about 40 miles on them, seems a nice tire so far. Real smooth and only a slight hum. Get to see how they do in sloppy stuff this weekend.

Ya, I bought my xj last month and it is all stock. I want to put a small lift and at least 30' A/T tires to give it a more "manly" look and more clearance, but of course money is the ultimate factor. And let me know how those tires do this weekend in the mud!!
