Wanted better sound since I only had 2 door speakers from the factory. Put in some 6x8s in the front doors and 5.25 I think in the rear doors. Scored a headliner with the sound bar and overhead console as well. Gonna recover it in black then put that in. But for now much better!

Any of y'all planning on going to Jeep Beach? I'll be leaving early Sat morning to drive up and spend the day at the speedway amongst our vendors and meeting our members. So if anyone here wishes to personally say hi or give any suggestions, questions or concerns about the site, I will gladly entertain.

Drove to Stuart this weekend, having trans issues. I noticed a lot of smoke when slowing down, stopped and I had a big leak from what seemed between the engine and trans (was leaking on to the exhaust). I was cruising at maybe 75mph for a while, I think I overheated the trans.
When I put a new radiator in maybe 2 years ago I never hooked up the trans cooler because the lines were leaking at the hard to soft connection. I just looped them together and always planned to add a cooler. Never had issues before.
The fluid has stopped leaking and the level actually looks OK. It's burnt so I'm going to drain and fill and I bought a universal cooler to install.
Putting the story out there in case there's something I'm missing (I think it just overheated). It seems to be driving and shifting ok.

Question about the title for the white jeep. I never went in to get the new title after I bought it and finally did the other week. The seller just filled out her name and signed it so I was going to fill out everything else myself. I went up blank however and the lady at the tag office said I couldn't fill it out in front of her. Now she's making me get a bill of sale from the seller and she has to fill it out and blah blah.
So my question is, is there any reason to transfer the title if I'm just going to strip it and scrap it? I feel like there's no point and I could save money not paying the taxes.

Soo...does anyone know any wheeling spots up here near New Port Ritchie? Going to start coming up here once a year again to visit friends but would be great to meet a few of the local members.
