Aetna Saturday the 28th
Roll call
Who's riding this Saturday? The WERock lease is having a ride to get signatures on the petition to keep the mountain open and the gates open at 10AM. And it's free so us folks with a trailer have somewhere to park.
This might be one of the last times to ride up there so I hope to see some of you there.

I'm on the fence right now. It's going to be very wet after 2 days of good rain, and I'd imagine a huge crowd. I'd like to go to show my support though, I'll look for you if I make it.

That was the most people I've ever seen up there but it actually not too bad on the trails. Everybody stayed at Peanut Butter and Horsepower. We had a decent size group of mostly XJs, 3 TJs and 3 or 4 yotas. Two of us almost ripped off a door, I'll get a pic of mine later, I ripped the u bolts that hold in my rear u joint, had a fan go out, another overheated, one yota broke a shaft, another somehow lost a hub and of course lots of dents and scratches. We all managed to make it out on our own power so it was a good day. Almost 12 hours on the trail I'd say that's pretty good. Here are a few pics I'll try and get some more later.

Here's a couple of my passenger side body modification. Doesn't look too bad in the pictures but it is. Still opens and closes fine so I'm prob not going to do much with it.

just about tore the flares off mine trying to pass this broken 2 1/2 ton. We waited almost 2 hours for them to fix it. By the end of the day though that duece pulled a friend of mine from the PB hole all the way off the mtn.

Here's a couple more. This guy is in the pic with our group on my other post and he decided to roll 3 times down a hill on his way out. He's fine though. Second is also a guy in our group that had more attention at PB than anybody, even the buggies. Sorry pics got swapped.
