I'm Will. In Appleton, Wisconsin area. New to jeeps and kinda new to off roading. Never did any serious off-roading. Got a 91 cherokee with a big rust problem and 200,000 miles. Runs great and I think if I keep her in the summer I'll give a 2 or 3 inch lift, because the rear suspension is wore in, and why not?
Thinking about getting one with less rust. Or fixing mine up.

If yours is rotted to the point that you can see road from inside..... get a different one. It's not worth all the work to fix that. More than likely it is rusted pretty bad in other places too. Just fixing the floorpans isn't going to help much.
My cousin just bought a pretty rust-free body for 300 bucks. He's going to transfer all his good parts over to that body.
He may have some extra parts if you are interested. Located in Brillion.

I'm back with new jeep zj limited got rid of my red one and didn't have a jeep for a while but here's were I'm at now. Got it last month painted bumpers and cladding. Went to pick n pull on Saturday to get rocker overs cause I liked that look that the Laredo has with them and the limited don't have them so got them installed yesterday and painted satin black. Also got rid of the wood grain on the dash. My lift should be here tomorrow ordered that from Kolak off-road met him through jeepforum.con will post more pics when done with lift

Not new by any means, but i am getting 2 new to me jeeps tomorrow. Here is a picture of my old one:
1997 Cherokee with 3" rough country lift, cut fenders, 33" Duratracs, pre 96 flares OBA and a bunch of other stuff i dont remember.
The two new to me ones are the following:
1996 Cherokee classic, ~3" lift, 33" maxis bighorns, and a few other things done
1997 Grand Cherokee, 3.5" IRO lift, 32" tires, and a really clean interior, it however needs shocks(none currently on it) installed and a new exhaust
The Grand will be my wife's rig as she already claimed it.
