i can only speak for the badlands, it is an awesome place to go you can get into any thing from something a stocker can do to something a buggy can do and everything in between, there are trails, rocks, dunes and mud what ever your preference is
with that said all i ever read about the Cliffs is MUD

if your new to wheeling, go to the badlands. if you are experienced at wheeling, go to the badlands. if you like stinky sloppy mud and extremely tight trails, go to the Cliffs.

Redbird is supposed to be awesome. Just a lot further from me.
As far as the other two, its exactlly like 89eliminator or whoever that guy is said. The nice thing about the badlands is they have everything: mud, sand, rocks, trails and everything has difficulty levels there. You can still do a lot stock throughout there.
...sand and mud might start to freeze soon haha. But rocks are always fun!
