Theres a place called Yankee Lake. Its on route 7 in brookfield Oh. That place is hard core.Its totally legal and they charge a fee to get in. Its $10 per person and well worth it. Just be careful where you go cuz you can kill your Jeep real quick.Every friday night but ends this month, starts again in May. Fee includes them pulling you out if u get stuck. You have to sign a waver releasing them of all liability to you and your Jeep. They also have medical squads there if you get hurt. Look up truck night .com for all the info. Its about 45 min from Ravenna,Oh, so about1 to 1.5 hours from Cleveland. If you go be very careful and find someone with a Jeep comparable to yours til you learn the pits and trails. Trust me I know , Ikilled my XJ in a huge mud hole. Cost me about $2000 to 2500. Good luck.They have only been around for 3 to 4 years and are rated no. 7 place in the country to offroad.

okay as soon as i put my new radiator in im gona be makeing trips to wellsville every weekend i live in barberton its right by akron if anyone wants to go i will go and show u all the trails it is total legal and way more cooler than yankee lake by far dont beleave all the bull**** u here about wellsville i go all the time on my dirtbikes and in my old jeep its awesome best in ohio just get at me

What kind of rig would one need for the trails? Mine is still pretty much stock, but I would love to go somewhere and let her go at it! I just dont want to flip 'er.

How is this place really (and where?)? I've heard conflicting stories. Would I be able to bring Little ones? I really don't want to go hardcore or anything right now, But they would get a kick out of it I'm sure!

okay wellsville from me is like 70 miles i get their in like an hour or so it is right across the ohio river from moutiner casino and is right next to east liver pool and how little cause i wouldnt take any that need to be in car seats or anything like that but theirs little kids their all the time and yeah their r some mild trails me n my cusin r gona go and he has a stock zj and i have a xj 4.5" lift 32's and my other buddys go's with us with a yj on 37's so if u get stuck we will get u out and we will fix jeeps in the trails if they break but send me a pm if u wanna go and ill make plans to go tell me like a week or two ahead of time

I just found this place in Garretsville Oh which is alot closer than any of them. Its called JEEPSKOOL. They have 1500 acres of everything. Its $30 to get in , but that is for the whole weekend including camping and all. Trails are open from 8am til midnight. They willl even teach you if you dont know how to wheel.

yeah jeep skool is alright more famliy type deal like wellsville=beer,fun hardcore offroading ,ppl burnig their trucks and just a great time as is jeep skool no beer limited fun and do they even let u wheel all night im not sure ?? but im going for jeep skools haloween thing proble unless i find a trailer and a tow rig then i will be in wellsville

They jost dont want you to drink and drive and kill someone. Your allowed to drink at your campsite and you can wheel til like 11 or 12 at night. They even have kids jeepskool to give the kids something to do if they dont want to go with you. For the 4th of july they blew up 3 XJs with military cannons. Didnt care much for that. They shouldve blown up some Tacos.lol.

well im gona go for the nov 7-8th jeep skool this next one if i can get my front end finished lol but ill take it and beat my jeep as always and proble bring some buddys 2 so if ur going get at me and we will have to hit the trails together and then ull have to go to wellsville one time its bigger and i find a new trail every time and we will rate them both and im gona take a lot of pics of both
