Best "family friendly" lite wheeling/camping in KY/IN?

Looking for somewhere 2 families can take their Jeeps (mine is lifted on 3" on 31's, other is stock) and do some off-road driving/exploring and camping in KY. I've seen the following but never been:

http://wildernesstrailoffroadpark.net/ (Corbin)

http://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/dbnf/...a/?recid=70833 (Redbird Crest)

Black Mountain http://www.kentuckytourism.com/outdo...nture-area/29/

Basically looking for somewhere we can drive in for 10-20 miles, camp, then drive out. Both vehicles have recovery points and I have recovery gear. We don't want anything too crazy, just want to get off the beaten path.

Thanks!

There is a thread on expedition portal about a route around Kentucky that is largely dirt roads and not very difficult trails. I think there was a file that showed the route and campsites along the way.
