Default axle swap question

Hi all i have a quick question and any info would be great.

I have a 01 xj sport and i also have a 91 ford f-150 how hard would it be to take the axles off the f-150 and put it under the xj the rear is an 8.8 and i think the front is the same (not sure). what is the mods if any involved and is it worth doing oh and the ford also has 33" BFG that i want on the jeep.
Thanks for the time and the input.

I have the 8.8 on my GC. Didn't put it on tho. Worth it if your gonna wheel it hard imo. Gotta grind down all the old mounts and fab up or buy new ones to match the jeep. not sure about the axles tho. Search it. there is alot of info on it.

For the rear axle? Nope

The xj's are easier to fab up an 8.8 than the zj's. you just have to weld up 2 new leaf spring mounts, and 2 new shock mounts.
