Default Anyone in Indiana Fabricate/Weld?

Have a 94 xj with some floorplan/rear wheel well rust that I could really use some help on. I don't have a welder or know how to weld really. I'm currently in Nineveh (about 20 minutes north of Columbus), and don't really know anyone in the area.... I'd be willing to pay, I'm just scared that if I flex out my rear at all it's going to seperate.
