Any legal trails in northern illinois?
Im not looking for anything special, just some trails to drive on when i've got time to kill. I know and have been to the Badlands and the Cliffs, but i dont wanna take a ride out there if i only have an hour to two to kill.... Anyone body know of any legal trails (nothing techincal) in northern illinois? I live i the Tinley park, Oak Forest area...

Nope... no LEGAL trails in Northern Illinois. If you can't afford to pay for it..you aren't going to find it around here. That's just the enviroment we live in.

That's all I'm looking for. There's actually a couple of acres of land close to my house that are totally empty so Im tryin to find out who owns it so I can get their permission.

So you have people who have been wheeling the area much longer than you tell you no there are no legal spots to wheel in this area. Yet you and this other knucklehead(Sport984x4) want to start to discuss illegal wheeling... Don't you understand this is one of the reasons we don't have legal spots... 90% of the community works hard to reverse or counter negative stereotypes of the people in our hobby. Yet you two want to go and trash that by illegally wheeling in some farmer's mud filled field....

For the record, I do not wheel ilegally nor do I condone it. I apologize for stirring this all up. I will refrain from further posts on this topic. Again, I apologize sincerely for any confusion.
