I'm fine. I live near Tulsa. But the people in Moore need all the help they can get. This is from the Tulsa Area Emergen Managment... The recent tornadoes that have devastated Shawnee and Moore, Oklahoma have created a lot of questions on how one can volunteer. The best way to get involved is contact local volunteer agency like The Medical Reserve Corps (okmrc.org), Volunteer Tulsa (www.volunteertulsa.org), American Red Cross (http://www.redcross.org/ok/tulsa), and/or The Salvation Army (http://www.uss.salvationarmy.org/). **Please remember in events like these it is never a good idea to self-deploy to the area.**If you would like to help the victims of either disaster the best way is through donations of money to reputable organizations that provide relief in disasters. Donations of goods and supplies often result in excessive items that don’t meet the needs of the impacted community.
